Facial Sound Healing

As I was training in Sound Healing with my Tibetan Master, I was greatly fascinated by Shamanic Singing bowls because of the great versatility they offer. I realized I could use them in many different ways so I allowed myself a wide space for experimenting.

Through the many years of practice I have put together my own way of working with those bowls and not only I use many of them on the body, but also I use them to clear the “upper chakras” and in the case of the Soham Facial, I provide a facial sound healing as part of the facial, directing the vibration on the oval and revitalizing the micro blood vessels circulation. Drainage and elasticity are greatly improved and a great state of relaxation is immediately achieved so all the facial muscles release tensions. At the same time, i use some lavender essential oil on the inner edge of the bowl, so when I bring it close to your face, as you inhale the essence and feel the vibration, the Central Nervous System greatly relaxes and you gently loose the sense of space and time: you will end up the session with a great feeling of wellbeing, feeling lighter, at peace and more beautiful.
